1. Introduction

3. Your Obligations

You confirm that, by visiting the Website and using the Services, You comply with the following obligations:

3.4. When attempting to open an account or use the Website, the player is required to independently verify that gambling is permitted in the relevant jurisdiction.

3.5. You are an authorized user of the payment method You use, and all funds held in Your account and used in the Services are lawful.

3.6. You undertake to make all payments in good faith and not to attempt to reverse payments made or take actions that could lead to their reversal by a third party.

3.12. You, Your employees, employers, agents, or family members are not registered as Affiliates in our affiliate program.

3.13. You undertake to provide only accurate and objective data, both by default and on request.

3.14. You are mentally competent and do not suffer from gambling addiction. If a person with such a problem accesses the Site, the responsibility lies solely with that person.

3.15. You agree not to use third-party software on the Sikarro platform, and not to abuse any bugs in the games/functionality of the platform.

3.16. You warrant that all information provided by you from the moment of registration and during the term of this agreement is accurate, complete, and truthful. You undertake to immediately notify us of any changes to such information.

3.16.1. You understand that information entered during registration cannot be changed by you independently. To make changes, you must contact the support team. The Sikarro platform may request any documents to complete KYC (customer verification) at its discretion.

3.17. You warrant that You will not use our services while located in a jurisdiction where online betting and/or participation in casino games and/or live dealer games is prohibited.

3.18. You also confirm that:

• You participate in the Services on Your own behalf and not on behalf of third parties;
• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes in accordance with applicable laws in respect of any winnings received from us;
• You are solely responsible for paying any taxes applicable to cryptocurrencies received by you through the Service.

3.19. The user is required to communicate respectfully with other users in Sikarro chats. The user undertakes not to publicly insult other participants of the chats or the platform. Discussion of racist, religious, and political topics, the publication of illegal content, including profanity, insults, pornography, drugs, weapons, and violence, is prohibited.

3.19.1. The user undertakes to interact politely with the Sikarro platform's support service. Any expressions of disrespect, insults, humiliation, or aggression will be regarded as a violation of the Terms. In such a case, support may be denied to the user, and his or her account may be blocked.

4. Restricted Use

4.1. You may not use the Site and its services:

4.1.1. If You are under 18 years of age (or have not reached the age of majority established by the legislation of the jurisdiction applicable to you), or if You cannot legally enter into a binding legal agreement with us, or if You are acting as an agent or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age (or under the legal age of majority in Your jurisdiction).

4.1.2. If You reside in a country where access to online gambling is prohibited for residents or any persons located in the territory of that country.

4.1.3. To collect nicknames, email addresses, and/or other information about other Clients by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited emails, or unauthorized framing or linking to the Site).

4.1.4. To disrupt, unduly influence, or otherwise interfere with the actions of other Clients or the general operation of the Site.

4.1.5. To promote unsolicited commercial advertising, affiliate links, and other forms of customer solicitation, which may be removed from the Service without notice.

4.1.6. In any way that, in our reasonable opinion, may be considered an attempt to:

(i) defraud the Site or another Client using the Site;
(ii) collude with any other Client to gain an unfair advantage.

4.1.7. To collect data on odds algorithms or violate any of our intellectual property rights.

4.1.8. For any unlawful activity.

4.1.9. Creating multiple accounts for the purposes of collusion, fraud, abuse of the Site, and/or any kind of manipulation of the Site is prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.1.10. The use of software that provides any advantage, including programs for statistical analysis of bets, card counting, analysis of probabilities of certain combinations, programs that help the user make decisions when playing, or strategies aimed at unfairly obtaining winnings or gaining an advantage over the casino, is strictly prohibited. Bets and funds obtained with their help will be deemed unlawful. Sikarro reserves the right to retain such funds, including the user's deposit funds. Sikarro reserves the right, after retaining such funds, to block the account without the right of restoration. The retention of funds and blocking of the account are at Sikarro's discretion and are not subject to appeal by the user.

If the amount of unlawfully won funds exceeds the amount placed in such player's deposit account, Sikarro may recover these funds from the user, including by filing claims.

4.2. You may not sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor may You acquire a player's account from third parties.

4.3. We may immediately terminate Your account, by giving you written notice, if You use the Service for unauthorized purposes. In certain circumstances, we may also take legal action against you.

4.4. Restrictions on the use of third-party products (live dealer games, table games, slots, etc.) are set by the product provider and are beyond the control of the Sikarro platform.

5. Registration

You agree that when using the Site, You are required to comply with the following rules:

5.1. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a registration application from any applicant at our discretion and without obligation to explain the reason for refusal.

5.2. Before using the Site, You must personally complete the registration form, read, and accept these Terms. We may require You to undergo a verification procedure that includes certain checks. 5.4. You are only allowed to register one account on the Site. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is established that you have multiple accounts registered. This rule extends to the use of representatives, relatives, partners, affiliates, related persons, and/or third parties acting on Your behalf.

5.5. To confirm Your financial standing and identity, we may request additional personal information from you, such as your first and last name, or use third-party information sources that we consider necessary. In the event we obtain additional information from third-party sources, we will notify you accordingly.

5.6. You must keep your Site password secret. If the requested account information has been correctly entered, we assume that bets, deposits, and withdrawals were made by you. We recommend regularly changing the password and never disclosing it to third parties. Responsibility for protecting the password rests entirely with you. If You suspect that Your account has been hacked, that Your password has become known to third parties, or that Your Registered Email has been hacked, You are required to notify us immediately.

5.7. You must not transmit content or other information related to the Site to other clients or third parties using screenshots (or other similar methods), nor display such information in any format other than the original display on the site.

5.8. Upon registration, You receive the ability to use all currencies available on the site. These currencies will be used for deposits, bets, and withdrawals in accordance with these Terms.

5.9. We are not obligated to open an account for you, and our registration page is solely an invitation to make an offer. We reserve full discretion as to whether or not to open an account for you. 5.13. A player may have only one account. All duplicate player accounts will be deemed “duplicates” and will be immediately closed. You are required to return to us all funds that have been withdrawn from Your duplicate account.

5.16. If You do not confirm that you have reached the age of 18, the Company has the right to freeze Your account until You prove your age. If it is proven that you are under the age of 18 and You have performed any actions on the Website, the provisions of clause 16 shall apply.

5.17. If You violate these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that You have done so, we may, with or without notice, close Your account. In such a case, all of Your unsettled bets will be voided, the account will be closed, and we may confiscate and seize from the balance of Your account any winnings, bonuses, bonus funds, and other rewards that You will lose as a result. After that, at Your request and at our discretion, we will return the remaining real money in Your account (if any), less reasonable fees, regulatory obligations, and our ability to do so using a payment method that we have previously verified as belonging exclusively to you.

5.18. The provision of false and/or non-existent and/or misleading information by the user at the time of registration or during the term of this agreement is considered a gross violation of these Terms and is qualified by the Sikarro Company as fraud. In this case, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that You have done so, we may, with or without notice, close Your account without any compensation on our part and without returning the balance of real money in Your account.

6. Your Account

6.1. Accounts may use only one currency. You can access the history of your transactions through the section in the personal cabinet of your account on the Site.

6.2. We do not provide credit for use of the Site.

6.3. We may close or suspend an account if You do not comply or, in our reasonable opinion, do not comply with these Terms of the Site, or if it is necessary to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Site, or if we have other reasonable grounds to do so. We may not always be able to give you advance notice. If we close or suspend Your account due to your non-compliance with the Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of Your bets and retain the money in Your account (including the deposit).

6.4. We reserve the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice and without refunding any funds. However, contractual obligations that have already arisen will be fulfilled.

6.5. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet at any time for any reason, including any bets that are alleged to have been placed in a fraudulent manner to circumvent our betting limits and/or system rules.

6.6. If any amount is mistakenly credited to Your account, it remains our property, and as soon as we become aware of the error, we will notify you, and the amount will be debited from Your account.

6.7. You must immediately notify us as soon as You discover any errors concerning Your account. 6.9. You may not transfer, sell, or pledge Your account to another person. 7. Inactive Accounts

7.1. Sikarro does not block or suspend inactive accounts (accounts that have not been used for a long time).

8. Depositing Funds

8.1. The platform sets a minimum and maximum deposit amount. Sending any amount below the minimum will result in the loss of funds, which are non-refundable. Sikarro does not charge fees for deposits. Some deposits may take some time due to network processing speed.

8.2. Fees and charges may apply to client deposits and withdrawals; their details can be found on the Website. In most cases, we cover the payment of transaction fees for deposits to Your https://sikkaro.bet account. You are responsible for any fees from Your wallet that may arise when depositing funds with us.

8.3. You agree to fully pay any payments and fees due to us or payment service providers in connection with your use of the Site. You also agree not to make chargebacks, cancel, void, or modify your deposits. In the event of such actions, You are required to return and compensate us for the amount of unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting them. You also agree that any winnings obtained as a result of bets made using charged-back funds will be voided.

8.4. Funds obtained as a result of criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activity must not be deposited to the Site.

8.5. We reserve the right to confiscate any positive balance on Your account in the event of a bet reset, actions related to duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud, criminal activity, or fake accounts.

8.6. We do not offer refunds for deposits made on https://sikkaro.bet, except as provided for in these Terms. By depositing money, You agree not to make chargebacks, cancellations, refunds, or any other voiding of deposits to your account. You also agree to return and compensate us for the amount of any unpaid deposits.

9. Withdrawal of Funds

9.1. Due to the specifics of the operation of our anti-fraud system, the withdrawal waiting time may be extended until all necessary procedures are completed to ensure the proper level of financial security for users (up to 24 hours or more, if required).

9.2. Please note that we cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if You have violated the rules specified in our Terms and Conditions.

9.3. The date of receipt of money in Your account depends solely on the banks and payment systems to which the funds are withdrawn. Payment is technically made at the speed specified in the regulations of the payment system through which it is made. For payments in fiat currency, the process can take up to 48 hours.

9.4. Responsibility for withdrawals lies solely with the user. The Site does not refund funds that may be lost if the recipient's wallet/platform does not accept transactions from the smart contract, certain coins, or if the user has chosen the wrong transfer chain.

9.5. We reserve the right to change the withdrawal fee at any time without prior notice.

9.7. Regardless of the amount of Your winnings on any bet or spin, including a bonus round or free spin, as well as free spins purchased on our platform, the amount of winnings that we are obligated to pay out cannot exceed the equivalent of 300,000 US dollars (the “Maximum Win Limit”) in fiat currency. You confirm that You understand that some games have the technical possibility of winnings exceeding the Maximum Win Limit, but agree that we have the right to deduct the amount exceeding the Maximum Win Limit from Your account and pay out only the amount of the Maximum Win Limit. We reserve this right for any winnings exceeding the Maximum Win Limit. The decision to deduct the amount exceeding the Maximum Win Limit is made on the basis of Your gaming history, betting level, and information about Your account, as well as other data that we analyze.

In addition, the total amount of winnings, including the amount exceeding the Maximum Win Limit, may be credited to Your account, but the amount paid out will not exceed the Maximum Payout Limit. In any case, we reserve the right to decide whether to pay out the amount exceeding the Maximum Win Limit.

Sikarro reserves the right to pay out the Maximum Win Limit in equal installments over a maximum of 90 days.

9.8. You confirm that You understand: if we decide to reduce the payout to the amount of the Maximum Win Limit, we will send you a corresponding notice. In this case, after receiving the notice, You will have no claims against the platform, since the acceptance of these Terms confirms Your awareness of the application of the Maximum Win Limit on the Sikarro platform. You confirm that the implementation of the Maximum Win Limit is the right of Sikarro, which in no way violates the rights of the user of the platform. Any claims by the user after receiving the corresponding notice of the reduction of the amount will be considered an abuse of rights with the aim of unjustifiably obtaining additional funds and may be regarded as extortion.

9.9. Please note that when withdrawing funds, Your valid contact phone number or email address must be specified. Please verify Your contact before withdrawing funds.

10. Deposit Wagering Policy

10.1. Money deposited at the Casino must be used for gaming activity. In this connection, a Wager applies to all deposits. The Wager defines the multiplier by which the amount of Your deposit must be multiplied to obtain the wagering amount (Wager).

10.2. The wager for all deposits, for all deposits made in fiat currency and used for casino play is x3.

10.3. A withdrawal request will be denied until the deposit wagering conditions are met, i.e., until bets in the amount of the wager (deposit amount multiplied by the Wager) have been made after making the deposit. Different categories of games have different wager contribution percentages: in slots, 100% of the bet is wagered; in all other game categories, 5% of the bet is wagered.

10.4. When the wagering conditions are met, You will be able to submit a withdrawal request.

11. Payment Transactions and Processors

11.1. You bear full responsibility for the payment of all funds. You must make all payments in good faith and not take actions aimed at reversing a payment made, or actions that could lead to such a payment being voided by a third party in order to avoid lawfully arising liability. 11.2. 12. Bonus

12.6. Bonuses — Details

All bonuses are based on the following rules. When there is a bonus on Your account:

The bonus amount will be placed in the bonus balance and will be kept separately from Your money balance. When You place a bet, it will be deducted from Your money balance. If there are no funds left in Your money balance, then bets will not be deducted from Your bonus balance. Any winnings You receive will be credited to Your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until You meet the wagering requirements for that bonus. The bonus amount itself also cannot be withdrawn until You meet the wagering requirements. In some cases, the bonus is a no-deposit bonus, in which case the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn. When You meet the wagering requirements, the amount in Your bonus balance associated with the active bonus will be transferred to Your money balance and can then be withdrawn at any time. Not all bets count towards the wagering requirements, for example, low-risk roulette bets. See below for more details.

Please make sure that You read all other conditions below related to bonuses.

Only one bonus may be credited for any specific event, unless we indicate otherwise, and only one bonus may be active on Your account at any time.

12.7. Your Money Balance and Your Bonus Balance

When You receive a bonus, it will be added to the “bonus balance” on Your account. You cannot withdraw any amounts held in Your bonus balance. When You deposit your own money funds, they are added to the “Money Balance” of Your account. You can withdraw any amounts held in the “Money Balance” of Your account, but in this case You will lose all amounts remaining on Your bonus balance. Important note: by creating a payout request, You automatically forfeit any amounts on the bonus balance. Even if the payout request is canceled by our finance department for one reason or another (for example, fraud check, etc.), the bonus money will not be added back to Your bonus balance.

12.8. Types of Bonuses

The conditions of a specific bonus indicate whether this bonus is withdrawable or non-withdrawable. Withdrawable bonuses are bonuses in which the bonus amount, together with any accumulated winnings, will be transferred to Your money balance after the wagering requirements are met. Non-withdrawable bonuses are bonuses in which the initial bonus amount will never be transferred to Your money balance (but any accumulated winnings will be transferred after the wagering requirements are met).

12.9. Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirements of a bonus mean the total amount of bets You must make before the bonus and any accrued winnings are transferred to Your money balance and can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for each bonus are set out in the special conditions of the bonus and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus amount plus the deposit amount. The wagering requirements for bonuses are set out in the conditions related to the specific bonus. Not all bets count towards the wagering requirements. Bets on blackjack, roulette, arcade games (Heads or Better, Dice Twister, etc.), video poker (Jacks or Better, Aces and Faces, etc.), baccarat, Casino Hold'em, 2 Ways Royal, craps, and Sic Bo, games of Live casino providers and the provider Mascot contribute 0% of the actual bets on these games to Your wagering requirements; also, in games from clause 12.12, they do not count. 12.10. Multiple Bonuses on One Account

Bonuses are processed one after another. When the earliest bonus is “executed” or “canceled” (see the meaning of these terms in the clause below), the next bonus in line becomes “active”.

Active — a bonus that You have started to wager but for which You have not yet met the wagering requirements. While there is an active bonus on Your account, You cannot withdraw the bonus amount and/or any winnings.

19.2.3. Information may be transferred and processed anywhere in the world in accordance with the law.

19.3. Sikarro will apply criminal and contractual sanctions against clients involved in fraud or criminal acts. We withhold payments to such clients and reserve the right to recover all losses, including direct, indirect, and reputational.

20. Intellectual Property

20.1. Any unauthorized use of our name and logo may result in legal action being taken against you.

20.2. Between us and you, we are the sole owners of the rights to the Site, our technology, software, and business systems (hereinafter the “Systems”), as well as our odds. You may not use Your personal profile for commercial purposes (for example, to sell Your status updates to advertisers). When choosing a nickname for Your account, we reserve the right to remove or revoke it if we deem it necessary.

20.3. You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names, and/or trade dress, logos (hereinafter the “Marks”) and/or our odds in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us, or in any way that may mislead clients or the public, or in any way that discredits us.

20.4. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we and our licensors do not grant you any express or implied rights, licenses, titles, or interests in the Systems or Marks. All such rights, licenses, titles, and interests remain with us and our licensors. You agree not to use any automatic or manual devices to monitor or copy web pages or content within the Site. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action being taken against you.

21. Your License

21.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and their fulfillment, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site only for personal non-commercial purposes. Our license granted to you terminates if our agreement with you under these Terms ends.

21.2. Except for Your own content, You may not under any circumstances modify, publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works based on the Site and/or any content on it or software contained therein, unless expressly permitted by us in these Terms or otherwise on the Website. No information or content on the Site may be modified, altered, combined with other data, or published in any form, including, for example, screenshots, screen scraping, or databases, as well as any other activity aimed at collecting, storing, reorganizing, or manipulating such information or content.

21.3. Any non-compliance by you with this section may also be a violation of our intellectual property rights or the property rights of third parties, which may entail civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.

22. Your Conduct and Security

22.1. For Your protection and the protection of all our clients, the posting of any content on the Site, as well as any conduct related to the Site that is unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable in any way (hereinafter “Prohibited Conduct”), is strictly prohibited.

22.2. If You engage in Prohibited Conduct, or if we, at our sole discretion, determine that You are engaging in Prohibited Conduct, Your account and/or access to or use of the Service may be immediately terminated without notice. Legal action may be taken against you by another client, third party, law enforcement authorities, and/or us in connection with your participation in Prohibited Conduct.

22.3. Prohibited Conduct includes, but is not limited to, accessing the Site or using it to:

• Promote or distribute information that, as you know, is false, misleading, or unlawful;
• Carry out any illegal activity, for example, any activity that contributes to or promotes criminal activity or enterprise, violates the privacy of another client or third party, or creates or distributes computer viruses;
• Cause harm to minors in any way;
• Transmit or provide content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, indecent, violent, hateful, racist, ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
• Transmit or provide content to which You do not have rights under law or contractual/fiduciary obligations, including, but not limited to, any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of a third party;
• Transmit or provide content or materials containing software viruses or other software/programming code (including HTML) intended to interrupt, destroy, or modify the functionality of the Site, its display, or any other website, software, or equipment;
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, disrupt it, or reverse engineer it, including the interception, emulation, or redirection of communication protocols, the use of cheats, mods, or hacks, as well as other software for modifying the Site;
• Extract or index information from the Site using robots or other automatic mechanisms;
• Engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion, may lead to fraud or deception of another client;
• Transmit or provide unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or mass mailings, such as junk mail, instant messages, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of intrusive offers;
• Create accounts on the Website using automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
• Imitate another client or any third party;
• Use cheats, unfair advantages, including system glitches and errors, as well as the use of bots (automatic players) or the exploitation of errors;
• Engage in criminal activity, including money laundering and other criminal intrusions.

22.4. If You discover or suspect that a player is cheating, colluding, or carrying out fraudulent activity, immediately report this to our representative. The Company reserves the right to terminate games or events in each of the above cases, as well as in other situations to prevent fraud.

22.5. The above list of Prohibited Conduct is not exhaustive and may be amended by us at any time. We reserve the right to conduct an investigation and take all actions that, at our sole discretion, we consider appropriate or necessary in the circumstances, including, but not limited to, removing client posts from the Site and/or terminating their account, as well as taking measures against any client or third party that directly or indirectly participates in Prohibited Conduct, with or without notice.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not maintained by us, are not affiliated with us, and are beyond our control. Links to such websites are provided solely for the convenience of clients and are in no way checked by us for accuracy or completeness. The presence of links to such websites does not imply our endorsement of them, nor any affiliation with these websites, their content, or their owner(s). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, and usefulness of such websites. Accordingly, when navigating to such websites, we recommend taking the usual precautions when visiting new sites, including reviewing their privacy policy and terms of use.

24. Complaints

24.1. If you have any questions or comments regarding these Terms, You should contact our customer service through the links on the Website and use Your Registered Email Address in all correspondence with us. If a user has a complaint, You should write an email regarding the disputed matter to our customer service at: support@Sikarro.io.

24.2. Notwithstanding the above, we are not responsible to you or third parties for responses to complaints we have received or for actions taken in connection with them.

24.3. If a client is not satisfied with how a bet has been settled, they must provide details of their complaint to our customer service. We will make efforts to respond to such inquiries within a few days (in any case, we intend to respond to all such inquiries within 28 days from the moment of receipt).

24.4. Disputes must be filed within fourteen (14) days from the date of the decision on the relevant bet. Claims filed after this period will not be accepted. The client bears full responsibility for transactions related to their account.

24.5. In the event of a dispute between you and us, our customer service will attempt to reach an agreed solution. If customer service is unable to reach an agreed solution with you, the case will be referred to our management.

25. Assignment of Rights

Neither these Terms nor any rights or obligations under them may be transferred by you without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. We may, without Your consent, transfer all or any part of our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party, provided that such third party can provide a Service of substantially similar quality to that provided by us, by posting written notice of this on the Site.

26. Severability of Provisions

In the event that any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the relevant provision must be modified in such a way that it can be enforced in accordance with the intent of the original text to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected.

27. Breach of These Terms

27.1. Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate Your account and refuse to continue providing the Service to you, in any of these cases without prior notice, if, in our opinion, You have violated any material condition of these Terms. However, notice of any such actions will be promptly provided to you.

27.2. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sikarro, its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges, regardless of their origin, that may arise as a result of:

(i) Your violation of this Agreement, in whole or in part;
(ii) violation by you of any law or rights of third parties; and
(iii) Your use of the Service.

28. General Provisions

28.1. Term of the Agreement. These Terms remain in full force and effect as long as You access the Site, use it, or are a client or visitor of the Website. These Terms remain in force even after the termination of Your account for any reason.

28.2. Gender. Words implying the singular include the plural and vice versa; words implying the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa; and words implying persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, and corporations.

28.3. Waiver of Rights. No waiver on our part, whether expressed through conduct or otherwise, of any breach or threatened breach by you of any condition of these Terms shall be considered valid or binding on us unless it is made in writing and duly signed by us. Unless otherwise stated in a written waiver, it is limited to the specific breach we have waived. Our failure to enforce any condition of these Terms at a particular point in time will not be considered a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at any other time.

28.4. Acknowledgment. By accessing the Site or using it, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to each clause of these Terms. As a result, You irrevocably waive any future dispute, claim, demand, or process contradicting any provision contained in these Terms.

28.5. Language. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any other language version, the English version takes precedence.

28.6. Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Anjouan. You unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao for the resolution of any disputes (including claims for compensation and counterclaims) that may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation, or actions, or legal relations established by these Terms, or otherwise arising from them. You irrevocably waive any right to object to the filing of a claim in these courts, to assert that the claim is filed in an inconvenient venue, or that these courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits Sikarro's right to bring an action against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, as well as to conduct proceedings in one or more jurisdictions simultaneously or sequentially, to the extent permitted by the law of such jurisdictions.

28.7. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to Your access to the Site and its use and supersede all other prior agreements and communications, whether oral or written, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.
