KYC Policy

Last updated: 26.08.2026

When a user makes an aggregate total of deposits exceeding EUR 500 or any withdrawals of any amount inside the our.kit.casino Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process.

During this process, the user will have to input some basic details about themselves and then

1. A proof of ID (in some cases front and back depending on the doc)

2. A selfie of themselves holding the ID doc

3. A bank statement / Utility Bill

Once uploaded, the user will get a “Temporarily Approved” Status and the documents will now be on our side, and the “KYC Team” will have 24hrs to go over them and email the user about the outcome:

  • Approval
  • Rejection
  • More information needed – No change in Status

When the user is on “Temporarily Approved” Status then

  • They can use the platform normally
  • They cannot complete any withdrawal

Guideline for the “KYC Process”

Notes on the “KYC Process”

  1. When the KYC process is unsuccessful then the reason is documented and a support ticket is created in the system. The ticket number along with an explanation is communicated back to the user.
  2. Once all proper documents are in our possession then the account gets approved.

Other AML measures

  1. If a user has not passed full KYC then they cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals of any amount.
  2. If a user has passed the KYC process successfully then prior to any withdrawal there is a detailed algorithmic and manual check on the activity and balance of the user to see if the amount withdrawn is a result of proper activity in the platform.
  3. Under no circumstances may a user transfer funds directly to another user.

Sikkaro.bet is operated by Win Vision N.V. (Reg no. 156028), Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Curaçao, licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-202605001-FI1 (the “Casino”).

The Casino is committed to preventing money laundering, the financing of terrorism and any other use of its services for criminal purposes. This Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy (the “AML Policy”) sets out the measures the Casino applies to detect, prevent and report such activity. It forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the KYC Policy and the Public Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and legal framework

This AML Policy applies to every player, every account and every transaction on the Casino platform. The Casino complies with the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements of its licensing jurisdiction, with the applicable regulations of the jurisdictions in which it accepts players, and with the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

2. What money laundering means

Money laundering is the process of disguising the origin of funds obtained through crime so that they appear to come from a legitimate source. In an online gaming environment this typically takes the form of:
— depositing funds derived from criminal activity and withdrawing them after minimal or no play;
— using payment instruments that belong to a third party;
— operating several accounts under different identities to break a single flow of funds into smaller parts;
— transferring value between players through arranged play or collusion;
— using the platform to move funds intended to finance terrorism.

3. Risk-based approach

The Casino assesses the money laundering risk of each player individually, taking into account country of residence, payment methods used, deposit and withdrawal patterns, playing behaviour and the outcome of identity verification. Players assessed as higher risk are subject to Enhanced Due Diligence and to closer ongoing monitoring.

4. Customer Due Diligence

Every player is required to register personally, in their own name, and to provide accurate and current information. The Casino verifies the identity of each player in accordance with its KYC Policy. Full verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and in any case once the aggregate value of deposits exceeds EUR 500 or its equivalent.

Customer Due Diligence includes, as a minimum:
— verification of identity against a valid government-issued photographic identity document;
— verification of residential address against a bank statement or utility bill issued within the previous three months;
— verification that the player is at least 18 years of age;
— verification that the player does not reside in a restricted jurisdiction;
— verification that the payment instrument used belongs to the player.

5. Enhanced Due Diligence

The Casino applies Enhanced Due Diligence and may request evidence of source of funds or source of wealth where a player is identified as a Politically Exposed Person, a family member or close associate of one; where a player resides in or transacts from a jurisdiction subject to increased monitoring; where deposit or withdrawal activity is disproportionate to the player’s stated profile; or where any transaction or pattern of transactions gives rise to suspicion. Evidence of source of funds may include payslips, tax returns, bank statements, sale contracts or comparable documentation.

6. Sanctions and PEP screening

Players are screened against applicable international sanctions lists and against Politically Exposed Person databases at registration and on an ongoing basis. An account matching a sanctions listing is blocked immediately and the funds held on it are frozen pending investigation and, where required, reported to the competent authority.

7. Transaction monitoring

All deposits, withdrawals and gaming activity are monitored on an automated and manual basis. Prior to any withdrawal, the Casino carries out an algorithmic and manual review of the player’s activity and balance to confirm that the amount requested results from genuine play on the platform. Indicators that trigger a manual review include, without limitation:
— a withdrawal request following little or no gaming activity;
— deposits made through payment instruments registered to a third party;
— a series of deposits structured to remain below a verification threshold;
— a rapid succession of deposits and withdrawals across different payment methods;
— consistent or arranged losses that transfer value to another player;
— activity inconsistent with the player’s declared profile or previous behaviour.

8. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited without exception and constitute a material breach of the Terms and Conditions:
— depositing or withdrawing using an account, card or wallet that does not belong to the registered player;
— opening or operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
— transferring funds directly or indirectly between player accounts;
— using the platform as a payment, exchange or transfer service rather than for gaming;
— providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or on request;
— colluding with other players or using the platform to disguise the origin of funds.

9. Reporting

Where the Casino knows or suspects that funds are the proceeds of crime or are connected to terrorist financing, it files a report with the competent Financial Intelligence Unit. Reports are made without notifying the player concerned. Disclosing to a player that a report has been or may be made is prohibited by law, and the Casino is not required to give reasons when it restricts an account on these grounds.

10. Consequences of a breach

Where a breach of this AML Policy is identified or suspected, the Casino may suspend or close the account, void any bets and cancel any winnings or bonuses associated with the breach, withhold funds pending investigation, return funds to their verified source, and report the matter to the competent authorities. Funds confirmed as the proceeds of crime are frozen and dealt with in accordance with the instructions of those authorities.

11. Record keeping

Identification documents, verification records, transaction records and internal reports are retained for at least five years from the closure of the account or the date of the transaction, whichever is later, and are made available to the competent authorities on lawful request. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Public Privacy Policy.

12. Responsibility and training

The Casino appoints a Money Laundering Reporting Officer responsible for the implementation of this AML Policy, for the assessment of internal reports and for liaison with the competent authorities. All staff with access to player accounts or transactions receive anti-money laundering training on appointment and periodically thereafter.

13. Amendments

The Casino reviews this AML Policy regularly and may amend it at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation or its own risk assessment. The current version is published on this page.

Questions relating to this AML Policy may be addressed to support@sikkaro.bet.
